Representing the Company, the Board of Directors has appointed Ria Budhiani as the Corporate Secretary, pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Directors No. 266/BOD/MNCI/V/2022 dated May 18, 2022. The appointment of Ria Budhiani as the Corporate Secretary has been reported to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Financial Services Authority through Letter No. 028/BHIT/DIR/V/2022 dated May 23, 2022, on the Information of Changes of Corporate Secretary, to comply with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 dated December 8, 2014, regarding the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies.

Ria Budhiani

Ria is an Indonesian citizen and currently resides in Jakarta. Ria earned a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia in 1994. In 1999, she obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Tennessee State University, USA.

She joined MNC Group in 2013, began as VP Investor Relations of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (April–October 2013), then served as VP Corporate Secretary of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (2013–2017), VP Investor Relations at PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (2018–2019), and SVP Corporate Communications at PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (2019–2022).

Before joining MNC Group, she served as Head of Finance, Accounting, and Tax at PT Trimegah Securities Tbk in Jakarta (2011–2013); worked at Merrill Lynch, Inc. in Jersey City, NJ (2005–2010) with her last position as VP Corporate Reporting; worked at Nomura Securities International in New York, NY (1999–2004) with her last position as Product Controller of the Equity Division; served as Graduate Assistant at the Tennessee Small Business Development Center in Nashville, Tennessee (1998-1999); served as Fixed Income Analyst at PT Sigma Batara in Jakarta (1996–1997); and served as Corporate Credit Analyst at Asia Pacific Bank in Jakarta (1994–1996).

Ria Budhiani is an active member of the Indonesian Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA), a principal member of the Indonesian Association of Accountants (IAI), a member of the Communication & Relations Committee of the Association of Indonesian Issuers (AEI), and an Indonesian Chartered Accountant (CA) holder.
