Mask Assistance and Creativity Activities for Children of Cancer Fighters at Rumah Sahabat Ayah Sarah
Jakarta – Out of concern for children fighting cancer, MNC Peduli handed over assistance in the form of 12,000 masks to the Shelter Home for Friends of Sarah's Father in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta on Wednesday (20/3/2024).
Apart from that, the MNC Peduli team also entertains children with activities that hone creativity such as drawing and coloring. It is hoped that this action will increase the enthusiasm of children who are cancer fighters who are undergoing treatment.
The Halfway House for Sarah's Father's Friends was founded by Zaenudin, the father of a cancer fighter named Sarah. Before she died, Sarah advised Zaenudin to help his comrades in arms.
Head of CSR MNC Group Tengku Havid said this assistance was provided as support for Sarah's Father's Friends Shelter Home which has facilitated children fighting cancer.
"Apart from appreciating Rumah Singgah, we also hope that our presence can provide encouragement and we also hope that the children will soon be healthy," said Tengku Havid.
