MNC Peduli, LOTTE MART Indonesia and Central Jakarta City Government Hold Fast Breaking and Compensation for Orphans
Jakarta – At the moment of the holy month of Ramadan 1445 H, MNC Peduli, LOTTE MART Indonesia and the Central Jakarta Administrative City Government held a joint breaking of the fast and provided compensation to 200 orphans, orphans and poor people at the Al-Fauz Mosque in the Central Jakarta Administrative Mayor's Office on Monday (1/4/2024).
This breaking of the fast and compensation activity for orphans and poor people is part of the distribution of the LOTTE MART shopping friends program.
This activity was attended by the Mayor of Central Jakarta Dhany Sukma, Chairman of MNC Peduli Syafril Nasution and Management of LOTTE Mart Indonesia.
Hundreds of children seemed enthusiastic about following the series presented, starting from fairy tales featuring the story of the prophet, hadroh, reading of the holy book Al-Quran and saritilawah to spiritual showers. After breaking the fast, the children were also invited to perform Maghrib prayers in congregation.
"I give the highest appreciation and appreciation to MNC Peduli and Lotte Mart for holding an iftar event together with orphans and the poor in the city of Central Jakarta," said Dhany at the Al-Fauz Mosque in the Central Jakarta Administration Mayor's Office.
Dhany said, this is not the first time the Mayor of Central Jakarta has collaborated with MNC Peduli for social activities. It is hoped that a number of charity activities that have been carried out can continue to be carried out together with MNC Peduli.
"With MNC Peduli, we have indeed collaborated a lot, starting from handling stunting cases that occurred in Central Jakarta, MNC Group also took part," he said.
Dhany was also enthusiastic to see the presence of 200 orphans, orphans and poor people to take part in breaking the fast together and at a charity event with MNC Peduli and Lotte Mart. He hopes that activities like this can continue, and MNC Peduli can always provide assistance and a helping hand to the community.
"We hope to continue to collaborate, considering that there are many problems in Central Jakarta that require the role of collaborators and related stakeholders to overcome the problems," he explained.
