Board of Commissioners
The Board of Commissioners is the Company’s organ that collectively has the duties and responsibilities to oversee the Company’s management in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, vision, and missions, as well as providing advice to the Board of Directors and ensuring that the Company implements GCG at all organization levels. Members of the Board of Commissioners are appointed and dismissed by the GMS and report to the GMS.
Liliana Tanaja Tanoesoedibjo
Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, born in 1967, and currently resides in Jakarta. She earned her Diploma Professional Color Consultant and Diploma Professional Nail Technician in 1987 and Diploma Professional Cosmetician in 1988 from Versailles Academy of Make-up Arts & Esthetics. Furthermore, she earned a Diploma of Hat Making & Accessories in 1988 and a Diploma of Fashion Designer in 1988-1989 from Richard Robinson L'Academie Des Countries Canadiens, Ottawa, Canada, as well as a Diploma of Fashion Merchandising from ICS Canadian Limited in 1988-1989.
Liliana Tanaja Tanoesoedibjo has been serving as the Commissioner of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 28, 2022, as per Deed No.121 dated July 28, 2022, made before Aulia Taufani, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. She also serves as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company.
