Board of Commissioners

The Board of Commissioners is the Company’s organ that collectively has the duties and responsibilities to oversee the Company’s management in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, vision, and missions, as well as providing advice to the Board of Directors and ensuring that the Company implements GCG at all organization levels. Members of the Board of Commissioners are appointed and dismissed by the GMS and report to the GMS.

Ricky Herbert P. Sitohang

Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, 64 years old as of December 31, 2021, and currently resides in Jakarta. Ricky Herbert Sitohang is a graduate of the Polri Pati Assessment (2011), National Resilience Institute II (Lemhannas) (2008), Police Executive and High Staff Academy (2001) obtained a Bachelor of Law (1997), Police Officer Secondary School (SELAPA) (1994), and the Indonesian Military Academy (AKABRI) (1983). He was appointed as the Independent Commissioner of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 28, 2022, as per Deed No.123 dated July 28, 2022, made before Aulia Taufani, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, and the Chairman of the Risk Oversight Committee of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk.
