SUKABUMI - In a bid to enhance digital literacy, MNC Peduli together with MNC Sekuritas delivered 15 computers and conducted training sessions for students at three elementary schools surrounding the MNC Lido City Special Economic Zone in Sukabumi, West Java, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

The schools benefiting from the donation include SDN Babakan Kencana, SDN Ciletuh, and SDN Pangarakan. The initiative coincided with Indonesia’s National Awakening Day, underscoring the organizations' commitment to improving technology access and education.

During the interactive training, students like Rasya Yusuf Nabhani from SDN Ciletuh expressed enthusiasm. “We were taught many new things, from basic computer skills to financial literacy and environmental education. The sessions included games, and my team even won a prize,” Rasya said.

The training primarily targeted students, aiming to cultivate early digital proficiency, while teachers received support to enhance their instructional skills in digital tools. School principals noted that the program not only improves student engagement but also empowers educators to integrate technology more effectively.

Yanti, the principal of SDN Babakan Kencana, praised the support. “We are grateful for the computers and training provided by MNC Peduli and MNC Sekuritas. This will significantly improve both teachers’ and students’ competencies in digital literacy,” she said. The school hopes the partnership will continue with more targeted programs to further support their educational goals.
