MNC Peduli Holds Blood Donation Action
Jakarta – The "MNC Love Donation" blood donation action was held again by MNC Peduli in December 2024 at the iNews Tower, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta (11/12/2024). Collaborating with UTD of Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta, in its implementation, this blood donation activity was attended by hundreds of MNC Group employees and also the general public.
The blood donation proceeds will be allocated for the needs of patients at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta. Having a very high need for blood, UTD RSCM is helped by this collaboration.
“We feel very helped by the cooperation and we appreciate it. "We have quite a high need for blood compared to other hospitals, apart from routine blood needs for patients with blood disorders and patients with emergency conditions," said Head of UTD RSCM, Elida Marpaung.
In 2024, MNC Peduli will succeed in collecting thousands of bags from 12 events at iNews Tower – Kebon Sirih, MNC Studios – Kebon Jeruk and MNC Vision Tower – Kedoya. As a form of commitment to caring for public health, MNC Peduli will continue to hold this activity which has benefits for donors and recipients.
Chairman of MNC Peduli, Syafril Nasution, who participated in donating blood, felt the benefits and hopes that other parties will hold activities like this.
"Of course, donating blood is very good for the health of patients or for ourselves and this is also our social activity for people who need blood and we hope that things like this can be followed by other companies," he said.
