Wednesday, 30 April 2025

JAKARTA - MNC Peduli, in collaboration with Genesis IVF & Women’s Specialists Centre and Alpha Women’s Specialists Satellite Clinic Jakarta, hosted a health seminar on Wednesday, April 30, at Inews Tower in Central Jakarta. The event, titled “Healthy Lifestyle to Optimize Vitality: A Guide for Young Professionals,” was aimed at raising awareness about the impact of lifestyle on vitality and reproductive health.
Alongside the seminar, participants received free health check-ups as part of MNC Peduli’s ongoing commitment to public health education.
Dr. Erik Sutandi, Sp.OG, served as the keynote speaker. He explained that his presentation would address how vitality is linked to fertility, and how a healthy lifestyle directly influences reproductive health in both men and women.
“This morning, I will be presenting about vitality and how it affects fertility, and how a healthy lifestyle is directly related to reproductive health in both men and women,” Dr. Sutandi said.
He emphasized the importance of several pillars of a healthy life, such as nutrition, sleep quality, and stress management, all of which contribute to reproductive well-being.
“I will explain what these pillars of healthy living are and how they relate to fertility. For example, eating habits, sleep quality, stress management, and the available medical treatments,” he added.
Dr. Sutandi expressed his appreciation for the event’s organizers and the institutions involved in supporting the program.
“I’d like to thank MNC Group, Alpha Kuala Lumpur, and Genesis IVF for making this event possible,” he said.
He concluded by urging young professionals to take responsibility for their reproductive health from an early age.
“My message for young professionals and everyone here is that fertility, for both men and women, is strongly influenced by your lifestyle. In the end, it all comes down to you,” Dr. Sutandi said.
Among the participants was Nia, who expressed her appreciation for the event. She said she enjoyed the seminar because it not only focused on healthy living but also addressed topics related to in vitro fertilization (IVF).
“I was really happy and proud. I feel grateful that MNC truly cares about its employees and what they need,” Nia said after the seminar.
She added that she gained a lot of insights about IVF, a procedure she has been considering.
“I’ve been wanting to do IVF myself, so this seminar really helped clarify things for me. The information about reproductive health and what women and men should or shouldn’t do in terms of lifestyle was very useful,” she explained.
