Bandar Lampung – For more than a decade, MNC Peduli has distributed donations to underprivileged communities in the form of free cleft lip and cataract surgery services in Lampung Province.

For this contribution, Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital (RSPBA) Lampung gave an award to MNC Peduli.

The award plaque was handed over directly by the Director of Rumah RSPBA Lampung, Dr. Rachmawati, to the Head of CSR MNC Group, Tengku Havid, at the Talkshow 'Cataract Triggers and Early Prevention' held at RSPBA Lampung, Saturday (27/5/2023).

Doctor Rachmawati said that RSPBA had been collaborating with MNC Peduli for almost a decade. According to him, thanks to this collaboration, free cataract surgery services can be implemented.

"Thanks to this collaboration, free operations for cleft lips and cataracts can be held by the RSPBA specifically for underprivileged residents in the Bandarlampung area and its surroundings," said Dr Rachmawati.

Havid also added that MNC Peduli will continue to channel the trust and trust of the community in helping access health to underprivileged communities.

This appreciation was given to MNC Peduli at the Talkshow "Cataract Triggers and Early Prevention" which was held at the Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital (RSPBA) Lampung.

The event, which was attended by Malahayati University students and health workers, aimed to provide education regarding cataract prevention in an effort to reduce the number of cataract sufferers.
