Jakarta – In 2017, Lentera Pustaka Library was founded by Syarifudin Yunus to help educate residents around Tamansari sub-district, Bogor Regency.

Starting from a library, now TBM Lentera Pustaka has various kinds of programs which continue to be implemented regularly and alternately every week. These programs include Mobile Reading Motorcycle (MoBaKe) and Literacy Gymnastics.

Supporting TBM Lentera Library's real action in fighting for local residents' literacy, MNC Peduli supports it by providing children's reading books. Hundreds of reading books in Indonesian and English were handed over on Wednesday (17/5/2023).

Founder of Lentera Pustaka Syarifudin Yunus expressed his thanks and appreciation to MNC Peduli. He assessed that MNC Peduli had taken real action and paid attention to supporting Indonesian children's literacy in reading books.

According to Syarifudin, the existence of MNC Peduli as a large group organization is very important in supporting literacy activities and reading gardens. This is so that in the future children are more likely to participate in reading activities.

"It is very important for all parties, including MNC Peduli, to provide motivation, donating books as a form of attention to children who read diligently," said Syarifudin, Wednesday (17/5/2023).
