Jakarta – A fire that occurred in a densely populated residential area in North Cipete in March 2022 resulted in 25 houses being burned down with one death. One of the residents worst affected was Eka Saputra and his family.

Almost a year has passed, Eka Saputra has now returned to his house which was assisted by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. However, until now there are still many household appliances that Eka and her family need for their daily activities.

To help Eka and her family, MNC Peduli provided household equipment to complete her daily needs. This assistance was handed over directly by the Chairwoman of MNC Peduli Jessica Tanoesoedibjo to Eka Saputra at the MNC Financial Center, Kebon Sirih, Jakarta on Thursday (2/3/2023).

"I received assistance from MNC Peduli. I would like to thank you for the assistance in the form of household equipment for the fire victims on March 19 last year. Thank you to Mrs. Jessica and also friends from MNC," said Eka, Thursday (2/3/2023).

"Hopefully what was given can be useful, at that time around 25 houses were burnt down and 1 person died. Thank God the family is still safe even though everything is gone. Once again, thank you for your help. I hope this can be useful for us as a family," he said.
