MNC Pictures and MNC Peduli Invite Children with Disabilities and Orphans to Watch the Film Kiko in The Deep Sea

Jakarta - The animated film Kiko in The Deep Sea will be shown simultaneously in all Indonesian cinemas starting February 23 2023.

Ahead of the simultaneous screening, MNC Pictures as the production house, is collaborating with MNC Peduli to hold a group viewing event for Kiko in The Deep Sea with disabled children and orphans from the Indonesia Satu Disability Foundation and the Nurul Iman Jafariah Orphan Foundation.

The excitement was visible at Studio 2 Metropole XXI, Central Jakarta. Dozens of children looked excited while watching the premiere of the film 'Kiko in The Deep Sea'.

Not infrequently, they laugh, clap their hands, and even sing with Kiko and his friends. In fact, they weren't shy about swaying when Kiko and his friends sang.

"We invite children with disabilities and orphans to watch together with the intention that the film 'Kiko in The Deep Sea' is a film for everyone, regardless of class or age, everyone can watch it," said MNC Pictures CEO Titan Hermawan when met at Metropole XXI, Jakarta, Saturday (18/2/2023).

Titan said that his party deliberately invited disabled and orphaned children to watch the film Kiko in The Deep Sea together. According to him, these children should know that the animated film Kiko in The Deep Sea is a domestic production film.

"Which means, these children can be part of Indonesian films in the future. This is an encouragement for them," added Titan.

Not only that, Titan also hopes that children can take away positive messages from the animated film. Especially to want to protect and preserve the environment, especially Indonesia's seas.

"The message of this film is to invite friends and children to pay attention to and preserve the environment and oceans. This means that it is hoped that through this film a sense of concern for the environment will emerge," he explained.
