Semarang – For more than a decade, MNC Peduli has collaborated with SMC Hospital (RS) Telogorejo Semarang to provide free cleft and hernia surgery services for the residents of Semarang and its surroundings.

The "Smile Indonesia" program is a free surgical service for underprivileged communities who do not have health insurance, including BPJS.

Cleft conditions and hernias certainly really interfere with the activities and appearance of those who have these conditions. With the free surgery provided, it is hoped that it can increase daily activities and productivity and increase self-confidence.

Following this collaboration, MNC Peduli and Telogorejo Hospital again held free hernia and cleft operations on Wednesday (15/3/2023). This occasion was attended by the Chairman of MNC Peduli Syafril Nasution and also the Main Director of SMC RS Telogorejo, dr. Alice Sutedjo Lisa, M.K.M.
