Board of Commissioners
The Board of Commissioners is the Company’s organ that collectively has the duties and responsibilities to oversee the Company’s management in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, vision, and missions, as well as providing advice to the Board of Directors and ensuring that the Company implements GCG at all organization levels. Members of the Board of Commissioners are appointed and dismissed by the GMS and report to the GMS.
Liliana Tanaja Tanoesoedibjo
Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, 55 years old as of December 31, 2022, and currently resides in Jakarta. She earned Diplomas as a Professional Nail Technician in 1987 and as a Professional Cosmetician in 1988 from the Versailles Academy of Make-Up Arts & Aesthetics, a Diploma in Hat Making and accessories in 1988, a Diploma as Fashion Designer in 1988-1989 from L’Academie Des Couturiers Canadiens, Ottawa, Canada, a Diploma in Fashion Merchandising from ICS Canadian Limited in 1988 – 1989, and a Diploma as Fashion Designer from Richard Robinson, Ottawa, Canada in 1988-1989. Liliana Tanaja Tanoesoedibjo has been serving as the Commissioner of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk based on the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 28, 2022, as per Deed No.123 dated July 28, 2022, made before Aulia Taufani, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. She also serves as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company.
